What Causes Gynecomastia?

When trying to lose man boobs, you need to focus on cardio and resistance exercises. With cardio exercises, its important to perform them at a certain intensity that will put your body in the fat burning zone. Otherwise, your body will be in the aerobic state. With resistance exercise, you need to do more reps with lower resistance.
One of the best exercises for sculpting your chest includes the diamond push up. This is where you kneel down with all for and put your hands down in the shape of a diamond. Then, you slowly want get into push position and bend your elbows till you reach half an inch off the ground. Hold for 1 second and gently push yourself back up for another second. You will want to continue this as many times as you feel comfortable. Just remember that the last few hard reps are what really sculpts the chest.
